I am a UK artist and Fine Art student based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Studying alongside my practice continually pushes my work in new directions, opening up ideas and encouraging experimentation. I have a broad interest in style, and my process is intuitive guided by spontaneity, emotion, colour, and lived experience.

While raising my children, I nurtured my creative practice by re‑purposing found objects and furniture. These materials, already marked by everyday life, sparked a deep curiosity in me. I became drawn to the small moments of daily living and my own experiences, capturing them through photography and gently weaving them into the layered surfaces of my paintings. This fascination with history, memory, and the quiet details that shape our everyday world continues to guide my practice. A significant part of my work also centres on bold, expressive floral paintings. These pieces celebrate colour, movement, and energy, bringing a vibrant and uplifting presence to my practice. Through vivid hues and spontaneous mark‑making, my floral works explore the joy and vitality found in nature, while echoing the same sensitivity to texture and atmosphere that runs throughout my art.

My formal art journey began in 2017 with an Art and Design course, followed by short painting and drawing courses, and now a Fine Art degree. Painting offers me a sense of freedom and self‑expression. I work with acrylics, charcoal, spray paint, inks, and pastels, often applying paint directly from the tube to create unstructured layers of colour and mark‑making. From these beginnings, compositions emerge—sometimes figurative, sometimes abstract—guided by the inspiration behind each piece.

Working in this way allows me to respond instinctively, engaging emotionally with each artwork as it evolves.

Sustainability is an important part of my practice. I regularly upcycle materials, re‑use older works, and make handmade paper from sketches, paintings, and paper scraps. These processes allow me to honour the subtle histories within the materials while giving them new life.

I have completed several commissioned works and share my art locally through exhibitions, art fairs, my website, social media, and word‑of‑mouth referrals.

This is only a small selection of my work. Please get in touch if you’d like to see more pieces or discuss a commission.
